Jed Leshowitz Recital Hall
John J. Cali School of Music
The Jed Leshowitz Recital Hall, named in honor of the son of Montclair State University alumnus Edward Leshowitz, opened on January 20, 2010. This elegant, acoustically sophisticated hall seats 235 people. It holds a 9-foot Steinway concert grand piano. It is used primarily for student and faculty recitals, but also hosts professional conferences and concerts throughout the year. The community is welcomed to its many musical events.
