| The Department of Theatre & Dance offers a Master of Arts (MA) degree with concentrations addressing all facets of the theater profession. The MA in Theatre Studies is an advanced, generalized degree for students who want to pursue a new passion or augment an existing knowledge of theater, as well as for those wanting to prepare for doctoral studies. The MA in Production/Stage Management is a more hands-on, practice-oriented degree preparing students specifically for behind-the-scenes careers in stage or production management. For students interested in the organizational and business aspects of running an arts-related organization, the MA in Arts Management is an ideal choice, which enables students to take courses in the College of the Arts, as well as in the School of Business and in Legal Studies. Offering maximum flexibility, all MA programs may be pursued full- or part-time. |
