Students graduating from the College of the Arts go on to pursue successful careers as actors, dancers, directors, choreographers, technicians, producers, filmmakers, teachers and arts administrators, among others. Art and Design
Photography Alumni ReunionTwenty-five alumni from the Photography program gathered for a reunion on February 21 despite a major snowstorm and horrendous driving conditions. Joining them for an evening of networking and reminiscing in the photo lab were more than 30 undergraduate students.
Bassist Niccholas Lenchner (BMus '09, Performance), composed a new work for bass and orchestra that was premiered by the Chelsea Symphony in January 2015. He studied with Linda McKnight (Adjunct Professor, Double Bass).Mezzo-soprano Kimberly Prins-Moeller (MA '10, Voice) completed her Doctor of Musical Arts degree (DMA) from the University of Arizona, Tuscon in fall 2014. She studied with Lori McCann (Assistant Professor, Voice).

BFA Dance Alumnus Mark Willis '14 Joins Limón Dance Company
When the Limón Dance Company performed as part of Paul Taylor’s American Modern Dance season at Lincoln Center from March 10 through 29, Montclair State alumnus Mark Willis was among the dancers performing in Doris Humphrey’s Passacaglia. Willis, who joined the celebrated company in February 2015, graduated from Montclair State with a BFA in Dance in 2014. Read more...
