Joe Mulvaney, Head Coach
The Red Hawk Swim Club coaching staff is directed by Joseph Mulvaney, former senior assistant swimming and diving coach for Montclair State University and Montclair Aquatic Club. The head coach of the program since its inception in 1992, Joe has an excellent reputation as a technique specialist for competitive swimming. He is also an accomplished swimmer and graduate of Springfield College in Massachusetts with a degree in Physical Education who doubles as Athletic Facilities Coordinator/Manager for Montclair State University.
Sara Nowen, Asst. Coach
This season the Red Hawk Swim Club welcomes Sara Nowen, a former Red Hawk swimmer and record holder. In addition to coaching and teaching during club clinics, Sara is also the website manager and designer. She brings a wealth of swimming knowledge and enthusiasm to the club.
