workout-from your upper body down to your legs.

obliques. This class incorporates various abdominal exercises and
combinations to get you toning that tough area, as you are motivated to

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of standing martial arts (Karate
& Muay Thai Kickboxing), ground fighting martial arts (Brazilian
JiuJitsu), and joint locking martial arts (Hapkido & Aikido). You
will learn to defend yourself in ALL aspects of combat. You will learn
physical fitness tools and life skills, as well as the philosophical
side of Martial Arts.

This 60-minute Hatha (physical) yoga class integrates breathing,
stretching, strength-building, and relaxation to create a complete
workout. The class is mixed-level, and no prior experience is
necessary. Yoga is a wonderful way to de-stress and rejuvenate the body
and the mind, taking the student from deep breathing exercises, flowing
sun-salutations, stamina-building poses, and a full body relaxation
session to conclude. Yoga is not only a workout, but a total body
experience!
