Stretch, tone, and strengthen to the CORE. Focusing on abdominals, get a full body workout that rejuvenates the mind as well as the body. Try a calm class with a total body workout, focusing on your core.

Cardio Kickboxing

Challenge your aerobic conditioning with this high-energy class! Punches and kicks are only the beginning of this fun and revitalizing hour. This class will incorporate moves both on the bag and off (Cardio Kickboxing). Kickboxing is a great stress reliever and a complete body workout-from your upper body down to your legs.

Amp'd Abs

This class focuses on your upper and lower abs, as well as your obliques. This class incorporates various abdominal exercises and combinations to get you toning that tough area, as you are motivated to feel great about yourself! 30 minutes goes by quickly, but every minute is filled with abdominal fun to get your core toned the way you want it!

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of standing martial arts (Karate & Muay Thai Kickboxing), ground fighting martial arts (Brazilian JiuJitsu), and joint locking martial arts (Hapkido & Aikido). You will learn to defend yourself in ALL aspects of combat. You will learn physical fitness tools and life skills, as well as the philosophical side of Martial Arts.

Achieve your fitness goals with this high-energy, drill-based interval session! Your agility, strength, cardiovascular fitness and core stabilization will be challenged through body-weight and equipment-based drills led by our motivating leaders.

Ballet Tone

Experience stretches and dance moves on the ballet bar! You don’t have to be a dance major to learn ballet, so come & try it out for fun! No dance experience is necessary.

Yoga

This 60-minute Hatha (physical) yoga class integrates breathing, stretching, strength-building, and relaxation to create a complete workout. The class is mixed-level, and no prior experience is necessary. Yoga is a wonderful way to de-stress and rejuvenate the body and the mind, taking the student from deep breathing exercises, flowing sun-salutations, stamina-building poses, and a full body relaxation session to conclude. Yoga is not only a workout, but a total body experience!
