Challenge your aerobic conditioning with this high-energy class!
Punches and kicks are only the beginning of this fun and revitalizing
hour. This class will incorporate moves both on the bag and off (Cardio
Kickboxing). Kickboxing is a great stress reliever and a complete body
workout-from your upper body down to your legs.
