Peter Dudek is a sculptor, teacher, independent curator. He teaches sculpture at Hunter College and the School of Visual Arts in NYC and was recently commissioned to create a series of murals for downtown North Adams, Massachusetts. In addition he is the Director of Cultural Programming at Bascom Lodge atop Mount Greylock in Adams, Massachusetts (www.bascomlodge.net) and has curated several exhibitions in NYC including Dead-Fit Beauty; Architecture, Architecture, Architecture; and Photasm. He received his Masters Degree in sculpture from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts. Primarily a sculptor, his work has been recently exhibited at the Herter Gallery (UMass, Amherst) and Ventana 244 in Brooklyn.

Art Forum is a weekly program for undergraduate and graduate students, and the public. The program brings in artists, designers, art historians and art critics from around the world to present their work and ideas in an open forum. It is also a course (ARGS 280, 3 SH). Admission is free.
