Iron Hour is a class designed to allow participants the ability to become familiar with comfortable and free weight training in the first floor fitness area. All levels and abilities are welcome! Meet in MPR1 from 4pm to 5pm for a short lecture on the exercises that will be completed during the session, followed by the rest of the class time dedicated to weight training in a comfortable and encouraging setting. This is an addition to our regular Group X Programming. No lifting experience is necessary. All are welcome.
