Montclair State University students will have the opportunity to meet and chat with local candidates in the upcoming election.

Who Can Attend?

All members of the campus community are welcome, but in particular students who live in the following campus locations (and students/faculty/staff who live in the following municipalities) are strongly encouraged to attend:

Wednesday, October 29 Meet and Greet with Clifton City Council Candidates:

• Residents of Bohn Hall, and members of the campus community who live in Clifton.

About the Meet and Greets

• All eligible candidates have been invited by email and regular mail in an invitation from the SGA and Residence Life.
• To date ~70% of the candidates have confirmed they will attend.
• Refreshments will be served.
• Format calls for introduction of candidates followed by informal meet and greet of each candidates with the audience
• Each event will last approximately one hour.

Who Can Vote?

If you have already registered to vote as a resident of Clifton, or if you have registered to vote as a resident on campus, you will be eligible to vote in the upcoming November election.  The voter registration deadline for this year's election has passed.
