This film screening of Seeking Truth in the Balkans features a
discussion with the directors, Erin Lovall and June Vutrano,
moderated by Justice Studies faculty Dr. Gabriel Rubin. Their
award-winning documentary explores the legacy of the
International Criminal Tribunal of the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY)
drawing from over one hundred interviews either in the Balkan
region or The Hague Court. After twenty-one years of war crimes
trials, the Tribunal is wrapping up its cases and the film examines
whether peace, justice reconciliation, and truth have been
achieved?
