On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Whitney celebrates access and inclusion for all with Heidi Latsky Dance. Latsky's Triptych made its world premiere at Peak Performances at Montclair State University in April, and included the debut film of Dance for Film on Location at Montclair State University, Soliloquy. The film features Montclair State alum Evan Ruggiero, pictured above.
Incorporating dancers with and without disabilities, the mission of Heidi Latsky Dance is to redefine beauty and virtuosity through performance and discourse.
This program is presented in collaboration with the New York City Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities.
