What should you consider about the LSRP program in a real estate/corporate transactions? What are buyer/seller considerations with regard to retention of the LSRP, use of engineering controls & institutional controls, insurance coverage, access, and ISRA v. Spill Act cases?
In this morning session you will learn about what due diligence to perform in your purchase and sale transactions and methods for dealing with environmental issues that may arise. You will also learn practice tips for ISRA compliance, performing due diligence, and allocating responsibility for addressing environmental issues.
