Arts & Entertainment Matter

Whether you are a recent graduate or college freshman, you are sure to have questions about establishing a successful career as an artist.  You may be asking, "What's Next?"

Join an engaging panel of distinguished entertainment industry professionals who are eager to share their personal journeys and insight to help you prepare for your career as an artist.

NOTE: Registration is required, so register now!

The panel will consist of*:

  • Adrian Martinez - Actor, writer, producer, and soon-to-be director, with over eighty film and TV credits.  His work includes guest spots on Fox's hit, "Gotham," FX’s upcoming season of “Louie” opposite Louis CK, HBO’s “Flight of the Conchords,” Comedy Central’s “Inside Amy Schumer,” and “Deadbeat” produced by Brad Pitt.
  • Steve Pageot - Grammy Awarded Producer for Aretha Franklins’ “Wonderful.”  He has also worked with MTV to score music for several popular TV shows, including "Run's House" and "Rob and Big."
  • Roman Rojas - Music Engineer on 2015-Grammy Nominated Record, “Chino y Nacho for Babies” for Chino y Nacho and Music Producer/Song Writer for Amex, Adidas, Macy's, and Patagonia advertising.
  • Karina Colis - One of the world's most promising Latin American musicians, known for her work as a drummer, percussionist and accomplished singer.

Who Should Attend
This event is free and open to students from all majors.  Registration is required.  Students must bring their Montclair State University Student IDs.
