Calm Your Mind

Meditation leads to inner peace, overcomes loneliness, improves relationships, and has many other benefits for mind and body.  We will investigate how meditation works to calm our mind throughout our busy daily life.

Fit Your Lifestyle

Find out how to fit an enjoyable meditation practice into your present lifestyle, and learn methods for improving mindfulness, concentration and happiness.

Sessions include two guided meditations and a discussion based on Buddha’s teachings.

No experience necessary.  All are welcome!  FREE!
