A little kindness can make a huge difference in someone’s day. The Office of Health Promotion is ready to give you tools and ideas to help promote kindness on campus and beyond. Stop by the Drop In Center this week to help spread some kindness!

Create kind and heartwarming letters for elderly people. Love for the Elderly an organization based in Cleveland, Ohio, dedicated to providing happiness to elderly in hospices, assisted living communities and nursing homes all over the world. So often, elderly people have no one to care for them, no one to look after them, and no one to love them. Love for the Elderly collects anonymous letters filled with kindness and distributes them to seniors in need of some love and appreciation.
