ORSP will be presenting a comprehensive overview of the National Institute of Health's AREA Program. Funded through NIH's R15 funding mechanism, this program is ideally suited to:
- Strengthen the research environment of educational institutions like MSU
- Support small scale research projects
- Expose students to research
This workshop--based on a recent presentation by the director of the AREA Program--will provide an in-depth analysis of the Funding Opportunity Announcement, including relevant sections and eligibility, and discuss strategies for a successful submission.
