TechLaunchâ„¢ Future Scientist Program - Student Competition
About The Competition
Twelve Montclair State University undergraduate students will be competing in the annual Techlauch Future Scientist Program. Students from each of the College of Science and Mathematics departments were chosen to participate in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) research project.
The Challenge
Each contestant will present their research with the objective of succinctly and effectively communicating their topic, findings and impact to a largely non-scientific lay audience. The students will have the benefit of honing invaluable presentation skills and access to coaching from highly-placed corporate executives and entrepreneurs, with the following awards:
Prizes
- First Place $1,000
- Second Place $600
- Third Place $300
All Are Invited
All members of the campus community are invited to meet these outstanding students and view their exception research project. Come celebrate as we announce the award winners at a reception in the CELS Atrium following the competition.
