Wawayanda (Pochuck Valley to Pinwheel Vista): A unique and beautiful hike. You'll feel like you've been transported walking the boardwalks the stretch across bogs and farmlands. The scramble up the "Stairway to Heaven" leaves you with views of the highest point in the state and surrounding ranges.
What to Bring: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes (preferably hiking boots); thick, full-length pants (jeans are best); insect repellant; sunscreen; layered clothing; water; snack(s).
