Are you financially fit? What you do now will pay big dividends later. Two experts will offer tips and strategies for achieving financial fitness at this event. While this event will have a focus on financial fitness for women, men are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Speaker bios:

Karolina Dehnhard is counsel in Budd Larner’s Family Law Department. Ms. Dehnhard focuses her practice on matrimonial law, including divorce, prenuptials, child custody, parenting time, alimony, child support and domestic violence issues. Ms. Dehnhard was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 2009. After receiving her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 2009, Ms. Dehnhard had the honor to clerk for the Honorable Rosemary E. Ramsay, J.S.C., in Morris County Superior Court, Family Part and Civil Part. While attending law school, she interned for The Honorable Michael Ambrecht, J.S.C., in the Supreme Court, Criminal Part, Manhattan, New York, as well as the Honorable Raymond T. Lyons, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey. Prior to entering the law, Ms. Dehnhard enjoyed a successful career in the non-profit sector and was the Assistant Executive Director at Community Access Unlimited, overseeing residential and rehabilitative services for people with developmental disabilities. Most recently, Ms. Dehnhard joined seven other women entrepreneurs on a U.S. delegation to Ireland to develop international business relations amongst women in business. Ms. Dehnhard is fluent in Polish and continues to maintain community and leadership positions, serving as a commissioner on the Mongil Housing Corporation in Union County, the Corporate Advisory Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Union County, the Board of Directors of the Jersey Battered Women Service, the Zoning Board for the Township of Cranford, the Advisory Board of Peapack Gladstone Bank and the Leadership Committee of the National Multiple Sclerosis foundation “Women On the Move.” Ms. Dehnhard is also an adjunct professor at New York Law School.

Linda Wellbrock is the CEO and Founder of Leading Women Entrepreneurs, an initiative created to commend women entrepreneurs for their service, leadership, contribution to their communities and the state’s economic recovery. Linda has dedicated more than a decade of her career to the overall advancement of women and diversity efforts. Through Leading Women Entrepreneurs, Linda has created a national platform to showcase the efforts and accomplishments of some of the most innovative and influential women entrepreneurs. Prior to the formation of Leading Women Entrepreneurs, Linda co-founded Own It Ventures and held high visibility conferences and forums to enable women entrepreneurs at all the stages the opportunity to gain the education and make the connections to move their professional goals forward. She spent several years in publishing industry where she served as Vice President of Business Development and Associate Publisher for a professional women’s publication. In addition to writing feature articles on some of the most influential women in the state, her responsibilities focused on managing sales efforts, launching events and developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns. She began her career in the financial industry working for leading financial institutions including UBS and Merrill Lynch. A graduate of Northeastern University and Fairleigh Dickinson University where she received her MBA in entrepreneurial studies, Linda resides in New Jersey with her husband and three young children.
