Featuring groups ranging in size from trios, quartets and quintets to the full Cali School Horn Ensemble and MSU Brass Ensemble.
St. James’ music director and organist Sean Price will join the Cali School brass musicians in works by Giovanni Gabrieli. These spectacular pieces, the first hearing for the newly restored Austin pipe organ in combination with brass instruments, will take full advantage of St. James’ ideal acoustics by surrounding the listeners with music on all sides.
