Participants will compete in time-based events, including swimming, biking, and running. Each person is assigned a lane, bike and treadmill on which to compete. There is a 15 minute transition from swim to bike, followed by a 5 minute transition from bike to run. Each heat will have 8 participants, starting at 8 a.m. All participants will be emailed the week before the event with the specific heat they will compete in. Registration is required.
Events:
Swim: 10 mins
Bike: 30 mins
Run: 15 mins
How do I Sign-up?
- Registration begins on December 1
- Please register in the Student Rec Center main office, or over the phone (973-655-3340).
