Join us for an overnight camping trip at the NJ School of Conservation (NJSOC) in Stokes State Park! NJSOC is the oldest and largest university-operated environmental education field center in the nation. Located on a 240-acre campus within the 15,000-acre Stokes State Forest in Sussex County just north of Branchville. You will have the option to sleep in a cabin or in a tent under the stars.

How do I sign-up?

  • Register in the Student Recreation Center main office or over the phone (973-655-3340).
  • Students: $10 | Faculty/Staff/Community/Guest: $30

Where and when?

  • Saturday, September 30
  • Departs 9/30 - 10 a.m., returns 10/1 - 4 p.m. 
  • Begins at the Student Recreation Center
