Collaboration Through Lesson Planning in a Research Practice Partnership

Our research practice partnership is working to address the need for a system to support the development of collective professional knowledge for improving instruction. To address this need, we are working to create a repository of video case studies of secondary mathematics teaching. This creation process includes group planning of lessons. We will present our work on investigating how planning using a common research-based lesson can promote collaboration among members of the partnership.
