The modern university library is more than a physical building where students go to read and study. Thanks to the Internet, today's library also provides access to vast stores of information beyond that contained in the building. It is a nexus of knowledge capable of instantly transmitting information to students and faculty in high-tech classrooms, cyber-cafes and residence halls any time of the day or night. The Campaign will enable Montclair State to enhance its traditional library resources and stay on the leading edge of the revolution in information science.
