Jennine is a senior Nutrition and Food Science major with a concentration in Dietetics. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, as well as First Aid, CPR, and AED American Red Cross Certified. Antoine is a senior Athletic Training major at Montclair State University. He has over four plus years of experience in teaching Kenpo Martial Arts, TRX-Suspension & Mini-Band Mania; all at Montclair State. He is AFFA Primary Group-X certified (2014), AFFA Personal Fitness Trainer certified (2015) & TRX-Level 1 Qualified (2015). She is an NPC Bikini Competitor and a sponsored athlete of MHP and J&R Nutrition. Health and wellness are a huge passion of hers and she hopes to bring a positive, uplifting attitude to her classes and the Student Recreation Center.

Having been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA for nearly the last five years, Scott is very excited to share his knowledge to others through his class. Scott is looking forward to creating an environment where everyone is learning and striving to get better while having a great time.

Amanda is a Jersey girl who grew up doing both dance and cheer. Amanda is majoring in Psychology with a minor in Public Health; she has a certificate in Child Advocacy, and is fulfilling requirements to go to medical school when she graduates from Montclair State University. Through middle and high school, she took yoga classes to balance her busy life. Since she came to Montclair in 2011, Amanda’s love of yoga has grown, along with her busy schedule. She is now certified through YogaFit. She currently teaches open level yoga classes, perfect for any participant: from beginner to guru. Amanda teaches both slow-burn and vinyasa classes which focus on being confident, grateful, and stress free. Her creative flows will allow participants to sweat it out then completely relax with a guided deep-meditation.

Brittany is a junior majoring in Exercise Science teaching many formats in the Rec Center. She received her AFAA certification in primary group fitness as well as Pilates. She is also licensed to teach Zumba and Zumba Step. Brittany has been dancing since she was two years old and now shares her passion for dance through teaching fitness classes at the student recreation center. She believes these classes are a fun and motivating way to get fit. Her goal is to keep people fit and to be educated in doing so. She believes, “One hour of cardio and toning can bring someone a long way towards their goal”.

Ryan is a junior exercise science major at Montclair State University. He is AFAA Personal Training certified, CPR/AED, and lifeguard certified. He was an Amateur Boxer from 2002 - 2005, and served in the Navy from 2006 - 2012. His inspiring quote is, "If tomorrow wasn't guaranteed what would you get out of today"? Some interesting facts about Ryan include competing in 5K's, mud races, zombie races, and Super Spartan races. He has also practiced boxing, muai thai, and jiu jitsu.

Jessica is a sophomore athletic training major at Montclair State University. She is Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid certified, as well as being TRX Qualified. She started to get into fitness during her freshman year of high school when she started becoming more involved in sports and being more passionate and competitive about softball and swimming. To become an instructor, she was inspired by a TRX instructor named Scott. She took his TRX class and it was fun, full of energy, and she saw the Scott was so great at getting involved with the participants. From experiencing TRX, she started to get more interested in it.  She believes that it is such a good workout, and she imagined herself teaching it, and now she is, and she loves it. Jessica can’t wait to get more involved in other classes, and be able to teach more. Her four inspiring quotes are, "If you can’t figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right into your purpose", "Weakness is a choice, but so is being strong," "Two roads diverged in a wood, and I —I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference," by Robert Frost, and, "If you say you can’t, then you won’t, but if you say you can, then you will".
