Dominique Gleason | Major - Nutrition |
| Dominique is a going into her senior year at Montclair State, as well as her fourth year at Campus Recreation. She enjoys teaching classes such as Total Body Challenge, HardCORE, Just Dance and Cardio Step. She brings a lot of energy and optimism to all of her classes. Dominique is very excited for this upcoming school year as it promises to be a great one! |

Antoine Joyner | Major - Athletic Training |
| Antoine is a sophomore and is excited to share his martial arts experience with the Campus Rec community. He currently holds the ranking of “Shodensho” (First Grade Black Belt) in Nippon Kenpo. He also holds rankings of “SanKyu” (Third Degree Brown Belt) in Judo and Japanese Jujitsu. Training out of Koryu Judo of Madison, Antoine is happy to bring a new twist and eager to grow the martial arts program here at MSU. |

Cora Ann Licwinko | Major - Exercise Science |
| Cora is a junior Exercise Science major at Montclair State. She is in her second year of teaching group fitness here; as she is excited to add new aspects to her class formats that she has learned as well as add BodyPump and Bootcamp to her teaching schedule this semester. As an instructor, she is energetic and positive and seeks to help people to feel good about themselves and increase their confidence and strength through exercise. |

Kristin Seneca | Major - Dance |
| Kristin is a Senior Dance Education major with a minor in Business. She is certified in Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Aqua Zumba. She also has experience teaching Amp'd Abs and Hip Hop at Montclair State. Her high energy in the classroom, diverse dance background, and passion for fitness is what makes her students keep coming back for more! |

Lauren Rotondella | Major - Fine Arts |
| Lauren is a sophomore here at Montclair State. She teaches RYT yoga and is a NETA certified instructor from Paramus, NJ. Health, fitness, and wellness are a huge part of Lauren’s life. She strives to provide a relaxing and supportive environment while getting in a fun workout! Classes include strengthening, stretching, and balancing poses for a peaceful body and mind. She loves to switch up the routines and music as both her Pilates and Yoga classes progress. |

Melissa Mapson | Major - Psychology |
| As a psychology major here at Montclair State, Melissa is able to combine her love for working with people and passion for working out to become a fitness instructor. Although long term goals consist of opening up a fitness studio for children, she now enjoys spending her time dancing in the gym; or simply expanding knowledge of fitness with friends and co-workers. |

| Muna is an athletic training student who loves fitness. Her BodySculpt classes will target every muscle in your body leaving you feeling great and sculpted at the end of the day. |

Sam Melia | Major - Psychology |
| Sam is 22 years old from Brick, New Jersey. This is her last semester at Montclair State. All of her classes are fun and exciting especially Zumba and Masala Bhangra! Come take one of Sam’s classes to get a great workout! |

Samet Galiboglu | Major - Biology |
| Samet is going into his junior year here at Montclair State. Besides being a Group Fitness instructor, he is also a personal trainer and is always looking to help his clients as well as his class participants get to the next level with their fitness goals. Samet teaches Cycling, Sports Conditioning, and Total Body Challenge. His classes are fun to take while pushing you to do your best! |

Kim Asman | Major - Nutrition Sciences |
| Kim is a freshman at Montclair majoring in Nutritional Sciences. She started teaching Group Fitness when she was 17. She has taught BodyCombat for a little over a year and began BodyPump earlier this year. Kim loves teaching and working, they are definitely her biggest hobbies. She is very excited to teach at the Recreation Center and attend school here at Montclair State! |

Ariel Flood | |
| Ariel has studied a variety of yogic techniques, including Pranayama, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kundalini yoga. She has had the pleasure of practicing in a Las Vegas Hindu temple, but her favorite place to practice is in the wilderness, and she has done so in such diverse locales as the Mojave Desert and atop the Appalachian peaks. In her spare time, she cultivates a culinary garden and cooks fine vegan cuisine for friends and family. Besides a healthy athleticism, her classes focus on building appreciation for self, and by extension, appreciation for the world as a whole. |

| Rachel is a junior at Montclair majoring in Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics. She is a first year instructor at the Recreation Center teaching Total Body Challenge and BodyPump. Rachel brings her genuine love of fitness to all of her classes to help her participants feel good about themselves and have fun reaching their fitness goals! |

| Kelly is a sophomore from Boonton Township, New Jersey. She is new to Group Fitness this year. Kelly is hoping to get into the athletic training program. She enjoys working out, the Les Mills fitness program, and spending a lot of time with her friends. Kelly teaches BodyCombat and Total Body Challenge and she wants to push herself to the limit and get certified in BodyPump. |

Juli-Anne Royes Russo | Major - Nutrition & Food Sciences |
| Juli-Anne first stepped into a yoga studio to take part in a restorative yoga class. Like a lot of us, she felt the need to learn how to manage the stress of graduate school, a job, in addition to being a new mother. She has been hooked since then and balance has become her mantra to life. Currently a graduate student in Nutrition and Food Sciences, Juli-Anne is a 300-hour certified Instructor. Her classes combine meditation, breathing and asanas, which will leave you relaxed and refreshed to continue the day. |
