This building was dedicated in 1963 to Harry A. Sprague, the second president of Montclair State Teachers College. The library contains over 1.25 million items including books, periodicals, government documents, microforms, and media and offers access to a variety of electronic resources. The upper floor of the library contains a computer lab.  Laptops can also be borrowed, with a valid student ID, for use anywhere in the library. Wireless internet access is provided throughout the building.
