Hi, my name is Dan. I am a senior at Montclair and I am majoring in Athletic Training. I just finished my first year of teaching Group Exercise classes at the Student Recreation Center and it's awesome. I love it. The class I teach is 360 MAX. We work on core exercises, cross training, circuit training, foot speed, explosion, endurance, and agility for both your lower body and your upper body. This is a high intensity full body class. I like competition so there will be small competitions in class to drive everyone to reach the next level of fitness. I like to switch things up and add new things to my class so it is never the same. Keeping the class exciting, interesting, and different is what gives you that great workout. Hope to see you soon. You won't regret it! |

Nicole |

Hi my name is Nicole, I'm a junior and of course my major at Montclair is dance! I have been working with Group X since the end of freshman year, and I am excited to be teaching Cardio Dance Mix and Amp'd Abs this semester! I like to incorporate my professional training in specifically jazz and hip hop into a fun upbeat dance inspired exercise class. Cardio Dance Mix builds up from an easy to follow warm up and stretch to tons of calorie kicking cardio dance combinations and routines. Whether you've had years of dance training or are just making your debut on the dance floor this class will get you moving. All you need is a little enthusiasm and be willing to drip sweat in my total body dance workouts! And for those of you who just want to target the midsection, Amp'd Abs is just for you. Crunches can only do so much (if you're even doing them right!) so come to my class and learn how to work out your middle from a 360 degree angle. See you there! |
