Post a Position
Thank you for sharing your opportunities with Montclair State University undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni.
We are currently in the process of transitioning from one online job posting system to another. The new system, which will be available in the near future, will provide a more user-friendly experience and allow employers to connect with a larger population of Montclair State students and alumni.
In the interim, we invite you to post your full-time, part-time, and co-op/internship positions following the steps below. These positions will be displayed on our website.
Corporate, Non-Profit, or Government Employers:
Third-Party Recruiters (Headhunters, Employment and Staffing Agencies):
Step 1: Please review our job posting guidelines and policies.
Step 2: Please review and complete our third party recruiter form.
Step 3: Complete the posting form.
Step 4: Email the completed form and a signed copy of the Third Party Recruiter Policy to the Center for Career Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
"For Credit" Co-ops and Internships:
While you are welcome to post unpaid, volunteer positions, be aware that only the University can provide credit for work experience. While many of our students work to gain experience, most would like to be compensated financially. Before you post a position for credit, please contact Melissa Faulkner, Director of Cooperative Education and Internships.
At this time, we are not posting in-home care positions, including child-care, clerical support, household help, or tutoring positions. All in-home care positions can be sent to the school paper, the Montclarion.
Montclair State University is a non-discriminatory organization and employers must comply with non-discrimination practices. Positions posted with the Center must comply with all federal and state affirmative action and equal opportunity employment regulations. Any organization which does not endorse this policy will be denied use of the Center for Career Services and Cooperative Education.
