Upcoming Career Fairs: Montclair State University's Career Fairs are around the corner! Whether you are declared or undeclared, it is never too early to begin speaking to employers about your area of interest. These fairs are open to students and alumni from all  majors.

April 11, 2017 Federal, State and Non-Profit 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Ballrooms, Student Center

Part Time Job Fair: Held every September in the Student Center Ballrooms, this event gathers on-campus and off-campus employers looking to hire student workers. Many on-campus departments attend to fill Federal Work Study and Student Assistant position. Local businesses (restaurants, stores, offices, etc.) with open positions also attend. This is the best opportunity for students to find on-campus work! Bring your resumes. 

Career Fair Prep: Career fair prep events are held twice a year prior to our Fall and Spring Career Fairs. Employers and career services professionals critique student resumes and present other workshops vital to career success. 

  • Fall - Held in September or October
  • Spring - Held in February or March 

Career and Internship Fairs - Needs no introduction! Our annual Fall and Spring Career Fairs are open to all majors and to the public. Employers hiring for all industries and experience levels attend.

The Awards Ceremony: The Center for Career Services and Cooperative Education Awards Ceremony is held each year in late April or early May. At this event, we honor the recipients of our Outstanding Student Employee Awards, Outstanding Cooperative Education Student Awards, Outstanding Employer Awards and Outstanding Partner Award. The event is an opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication of student employees, cooperative education students and employer partners.
