Appointment includes research, curriculum development, and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Nutrition and Food Science. Faculty members are expected to be active scholars, to advise students, and to participate in department, college and university committees and activities. | |
| QUALIFICATIONS |
Earned doctorate in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field, with interest and expertise in nutrition- and food-related approaches to chronic disease prevention, including obesity and weight management, and in health care systems. Status as a registered dietitian and a commitment to the nutrition care process are highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a research agenda and evidence of scholarly activities.
