New Jersey has 57 colleges and universities, and postsecondary student enrollment in the State continues to grow.  These colleges and universities need to employ well-trained and highly qualified professionals to work to meet the needs of the growing student and alumni population.  This program offers the opportunity to affordably pursue a master’s degree in the field of higher education leadership locally, at an institution that is geographically accessible by car and public transportation.

View the results of the 2014-15 Professionals in Higher Education Salary Survey conducted by The College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). Findings reflect the salaries of 186,866 job incumbents in public and private institutions nationwide. Salaries were reported by 1,104 institutions for 289 selected positions.
