Helping Each Other and Redefining Tomorrow (HEART)
H.E.A.R.T. is a philanthropic organization dedicated to improving the
lives of others. The members of this organization are committed to
helping the young, the elderly, and the environment. H.E.A.R.T. serves
numerous communities including Montclair, Lodi, Paterson, Newark, and
Jersey City.
