Human Relations Leadership Development Association (HRLDA)

PURPOSE: to prepare a network of leader who can be: "Shapers of what might be, rather than servants of what is."

MISSION: the development of a cadre of leaders who accept some responsibility for society's concerns, local and global, value life in association with others, and through public action strive to improve the quality of life within the communities from which they serve.


  1. To create an understanding of the critical role or personal involvement, social responsibility and leadership in helping ameliorating social ills within our communities.
  2. To provide opportunities for leaders and members of our communities to share experiences and exchange ideas on local and global issues confronting them.
  3. To promote the development of skill areas necessary for positive self-management and organizational effectiveness.
