Education:

Dr. Vogel-Davis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Art History from Hunter College of the City University of New York and a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. After joining CAPS, Dr. Vogel-Davis did a year-long training in Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the William Alanson White Institute (NY, NY).

Relevant Experience:

Dr. Vogel-Davis has been a staff psychologist at CAPS since 2005. Prior to joining CAPS Dr. Vogel-Davis was a Staff Psychologist in the Adult Psychiatric Outpatient Department at Jacobi Medical Center (Bronx, NY). She completed an APA-approved pre-doctoral internship at Kings County Hospital Center (Brooklyn, NY).

Professional Interests:

Treatment of trauma including EMDR therapy, multicultural and LGBTQ issues in psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, mood disorders, relationship and family problems, supervision and training.
