CSAM Alumni

The community of CSAM alumni are more than 13,000 strong and have been making indelible marks in the sciences and in mathematics for decades — from renowned drug pioneer Herman Sokol ’37 and internationally hailed chemist Dr. Ernest B. Yeager ’45 to renowned mathematics educator and author Evan Maletsky ’53.

There are many opportunities for CSAM alumni to stay connected after graduation, and your involvement in our community is of vital importance! Alumni have served on the CSAM Advisory Council, presently Dr. Barbara Brummer ’68, Executive Director of The Nature Conservancy of New Jersey, to stay connected with the University and assist today’s students, improving and enhancing their experience and helping them elevate and achieve their goals. Members of the CSAM alumni family are invited to join us for lectures, activities and special events throughout the year. You could even be the lecturer/presenter! Contact Gennae Hinson, hinsonge@montclair.edu, to schedule a visit and talk to students about your experiences.

Visit the Montclair State Alumni Relations website to learn more about how to get involved and see what we have to offer our Montclair State University College of Science and Mathematics alumnus!
