DIRECTORY INFORMATION AND PRIVACY ACT

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (Buckley Amendment) permits the University to release directory information about a student unless the student specifically requests that this information be withheld. Students who do not wish directory information to be released should notify the Office of the Dean of Students within the first two weeks of each semester.
