RCS Staffing GIS Scholarship

The RCS Staffing Annual GIS Scholarship program hosted by the Department of Earth and Environmental Studies is looking for qualified GIScience-oriented undergraduate students

Amount:
Two $1000 scholarships awarded
Deadline:
April 12
Criteria:
Sophomore or junior (with at least 55 credits by end of the current semester) in any major in the Department of Earth and Environmental Studies or a minor GIScience
Strong academic performance in EAES 210 Introduction to GIS and Remote Sensing
Interested in further GISci studies (e.g., plan to complete EAES 310 Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and/or EAES 311 Fundamentals of Remote Sensing of Environment)
Interested in a long-term, GIS-related career as demonstrated by, for example, applying to a GIS internship program
