Immediately following an emergency incident essential services may be cut off or limited. During that time Montclair State University will be actively working to get information out to the community and restore those essential services.
If for some reason, family members are unable to contact the resident, they are encouraged to contact the front desk staff. Note: when the call is received, staff may be unable to transfer the call and/or immediate find the resident. It is hoped that the resident has returned to the building and was present for the headcount. This will enable the staff to at least verify that the resident is safe.
Information regarding any changes to the operation of dining services can be obtained by calling 973.655-6895. Other information about food services can be obtained at www.montclair.edu/emergencytest/food.html
