EMS Standby Requests

While MSU EMS is in service throughout the academic semesters, groups may request that EMS be present for large events, or events where there is an increased risk of injury or illness.  Examples of events that MSU EMS provides standby services includes sporting events, carnivals, and concerts.

If your group would like to request standby services, please click on the link below to complete the following information regarding your event. Once your information has been received, a MSU EMS representative will contact you.  Requests for coverage must be made at least two weeks in advance.

Standard rates for EMS coverage are as follows:

MSU Departments and Student Organizations:
$200 initial fee, which covers a maximum of three hours
$50 each additional hour

Non-MSU Organizations:
$300 initial fee, which covers a maximum of three hours
$75 each additional hour
