Financial Aid Requirements

To qualify for admission through the EOF Program, you must:

• Have resided in New Jersey for at least one year prior to submitting your admission’s application to MSU.
• Have received a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Demonstrate financial need by meeting the EOF financial guidelines.

Financial eligibility for EOF is based on family size and combined income of parents. An independent student (self-supporting) is eligible if his/her annual income is under $ 20,800.

Add $7,200 for each additional member of the household.

EOF guidelines are automatically met when:

• The student or his/her parents receive welfare.
• The student lives with foster parents.
