Mail and Central Receiving Services

Our Goal is to provide the Campus Community with timely and accurate handling, distribution and processing of internal and U.S mail. Mail Services also provides useful mail services information and alerts members of the community about the changes in mailing rates, requirements and regulations. We welcome the opportunity to assist you with your mailing needs.

The United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) picks up outgoing U.S. mail usually between 4:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. For any last minute express pieces that you may have to send out, be sure to drop them off by at least 3:30 p.m. to allow for processing. If you miss the cutoff time, your material will be sent out the next business day.

The Campus Mail and Central Receiving departments will be closed on Friday's this summer beginning the week of June 4, 2012  and ending the week of August 13, 2012. We will be open on July 6th due to the holiday closure on the 4th.   Below you will find the ten days we will be closed. 

June: 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th 

July: 13th, 20th & 27th 

August: 3rd, 10th & 17th
