About Us

The Division of University Facilities is responsible for managing Montclair State University's space and physical resources. As the University continues to grow, so does the role of University Facilities in developing, maintaining and enhancing the facilities necessary for the fulfillment of the academic needs of the University both efficiently and effectively. It is our goal to provide a safe and functional environment for students, faculty and staff and to improve facilities and services to meet the needs of our growing population.

Mission

To plan, design, construct, maintain and operate the buildings, grounds, and physical infrastructure of Montclair State University and to provide related services that support the University’s mission of research, education and public service in a high-quality, customer-focused, cost-effective and safe manner.
