Master Planning

Montclair State University’s Capital and Physical Master Plan is a continual work-in-progress meant as a guide for future physical development of the University's main campus. This plan provides a long-term vision for the campus and ensures that priorities adhere to the overall Strategic Plan.  The Office of Campus Planning works closely with all University departments in developing alternatives that best meet the needs of our students, employees and visitors.

  • Continual updating of the campus master plan
  • Advancement of the campus master plan to the senior administration relative to master planning objectives and decisions.
  • Development of various studies, reports and plans that support the Campus Master Plan in preparation, implementation and enforcement.
