Freeman Hall Bathroom and ADA Renovations
The University will completely renovate all of the bathrooms in Freeman Hall. The scope of work includes the demolition and rebuilding of all existing bathrooms to install new plumbing piping and fixtures, HVAC systems, electrical work, walls, closets and finishes. New Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant bathrooms are also incorporated in the scope of work, as well as a chair lift which will provide ADA access to the first floor of the building. The Freeman Hall renovation project will also include the redesign, demolition and rebuilding of the existing six-room small suite on the first floor into a two-room apartment along with a new bathroom.
Freeman Hall renovation activities are expected to be completed prior to the start of the new academic year.
