Freeman Hall Bathroom and ADA Renovations

The University completely renovated all of the bathrooms in Freeman Hall. The scope of work included the demolition and rebuilding of all existing bathrooms to install new plumbing piping and fixtures, HVAC systems, electrical work, walls, closets and finishes. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant bathrooms were also incorporated in the scope of work, as well as a chair lift which will provide ADA access to the first floor of the building. The Freeman Hall renovation project also included the redesign, demolition and rebuilding of the existing six-room small suite on the first floor into a two-room apartment along with a new bathroom.
