A new Einstein Bros. Bagel location is being constructed on the first floor of College Hall, and will encompass 1,000 square feet of space which includes the existing C-Store and the adjacent Senate Conference Room. The location will be a fully self sufficient solution that includes back of house storage/cold storage, food preparation, and 20'-0" kiosk.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is an independent brand of the Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. The Einstein Noah Restaurant Group is the nation’s largest operator of bagel bakeries and a leading company in the quick casual restaurant industry. Einstein Bagels- which operates on over 80 college campuses in the USA- is renowned for its diverse menu including to-go and specialty coffees, baked goods, salads, sandwiches and desserts.

New food offerings will also be available in University Hall. “Café a la Carte” will be located where the existing food service area is located. The area will be upgraded with permanent casework along with mobile solutions to provide a convenient location for the Campus Community.

Both projects are scheduled to be complete by the end of summer 2010.
