Projects and Initiatives
FMIS managed the implementation of the Kronos Workforce Timekeeper system, which went live in December of 2011. The project overview and system components can be found at the Kronos Website.
FMIS managed the implementation of the Projectmates Project Management Information System, which went live in February of 2013. The project overview and informational pages for Projectmates can be found at the Projectmates Website.
FMIS is managing the implementation of selected Archibus modules for University Facilities. The project is currently in the initiation phases and slated for delivery in January 2014. Deliverables include Fleet Management and Building Operations Modules, along with the enhanced business processes, and updating the supporting technology systems.
FMIS is managing the implementation of the OpenText Learning Data System for University Facilities. This software will track training and compliance for Facilities departments and concerns. This is a proof-of-concept deliverable which is currently in the initiation phase.
Control & Monitoring Systems
FMIS performs technology planning, coordination and implementation of various Campus automation, control and monitoring systems. These systems perform critical functions in supporting the campus infrastructure, and ensure compliance, safety and service delivery for the campus community. Active efforts in these areas include, but are not limited to:
