FMIS managed the implementation of the Kronos Workforce Timekeeper system, which went live in December of 2011. The project overview and system components can be found at the Kronos Website.
FMIS is managing the implementation of the Projectmates Project Management Information System. This project is currently in the Training and Certification phase, and is slated for go-live in January of 2013. You can reach the MSU Projectmates website here. FMIS is managing the implementation of Archibus upgrades for University Facilities. Deliverables include upgrading the core software, addition of enhanced facilities modules, and updating of technology systems and the user support model.
FMIS managed the upgrade project for the TMA Work Order System, which was completed in May 2012. Deliverables from this effort included database cleanup and normalization, migration to the TMA v8.1 software, and updating of the associated technology systems.
