About Us

It is the mission of the Facilities Services organization to assist with the important process of educating Montclair State University students and to support all programming for internal and external constituent groups by providing exemplary customer service in Building Services, Grounds Services, Mail and Receiving Services and Transportation and Parking Services.

To accomplish its important mission, Facilities Services continually works toward a vision that encompasses the following critical items:

  • University buildings are clean and well maintained.
  • Grounds are manicured and sustained ecologically.
  • Mail and package delivery is provided reliably and on-time.
  • Shuttle Services are provided in a safe and ecologically responsive manner and according to pre-determined schedules.
  • Parking Services provide specific parking options for community members and visitors and strives to deliver services in as convenient and affordable manner as possible.
  • Moving, Waste Management and Recycling services are provided in a dependable and expedited manner.
