E-PARK

Vehicle registration for a parking permit, payment or challenge of a citation and account review can all be completed online via E-Park. Please use the links to the right.

An active NetID is required to access E-Park to register for a parking permit.

Members of the MSU community with an account at Parking Services can pay for outstanding citations online with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Vistors to campus who do not have a NetID may pay/challenge their citation by entering either the citation number or their license plate number.

Students and employees with unpaid citations are not eligible for parking privileges for the next academic year until all outstanding citations have been paid in full.
