A 7.5 story parking structure situated on a site encompassing what was Lot 25 (adjacent to Floyd Hall Arena), CarParc Diem Deck accommodates 1,532 cars, contributing significantly to the availability of parking on campus and the reduction of current traffic congestion.

CarParc Diem is not open to visitors. There is no short-term parking as there is with the Red Hawk Deck.

Parking is allowed for Commuter Students with the appropriate parking permit.

Note: Buying a permit for one Deck does not grant access to the other; the Red Hawk and CarParc Diem passes are each exclusive to that particular facility.

There is a plan to convert access to CarParc Diem by way of a proxy card system in the very near future.   More information on this project will be communicated closer to the inception date.
